What we collect, and what we don't.
Last updated 5 October 2026
Powermove is pre-launch. The only thing this website does with your data is take an early-access request and email you back about it. That's the whole of it.
What this site does not do
- No cookies. This site sets none at all, which is why you were never asked about them.
- No third-party analytics and no tracking pixels. Nobody else watches your visit. We do count how far down this page people get — ourselves, with no cookies and no way to tell one visitor from another. Exactly what that means.
- We do not know where you came from. No referrer, no campaign tags, no fingerprinting.
- No advertising networks, no retargeting, and no data brokers.
- We do not sell or share your personal information, as those terms are defined under the CCPA.
What we collect
Only what you type into the early-access form, and only when you submit it:
| What | Where it comes from |
|---|---|
| Email address | Required. It is how we reply to you. |
| Company | Required. It tells us whether Powermove is relevant to you. |
| Role and company size | Optional, from the longer form only. |
| Anything you write in the open question | Optional, and entirely up to you. |
| Which form you used, and when | Added automatically, so we know how you reached us. |
Your IP address is read momentarily to rate-limit the form against abuse. We do not store it. Our hosting provider records it in standard server logs, as every web host does.
How we measure this page
We want to know which part of this page loses people, so we can fix it. That is the only question we ask of the data, and the measurement is built to answer it and nothing else.
When you leave the page, your browser sends us one number — how far down you got, as one of nine sections — plus whether you submitted the form. That is the entire message. We add one to a counter and the message is gone.
| What we do | What we do not do |
|---|---|
| Count visits that reached each section | Record who you are, in any form |
| Count how many submitted the form | Set a cookie or store anything in your browser |
| Count visits per day | Store your IP address, referrer, or browser |
There is no identifier, so two visits from you are indistinguishable from visits by two different people. These are page counts, never user profiles, and they cannot be connected to you or to anything you typed into the form. No third party is involved: the counters live in our own database.
If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, we count nothing at all. Your visit is simply not recorded.
Why we have it, and for how long
We use it to contact you about early access to Powermove, and to understand which kinds of teams the product is useful to. We do not use it for anything else, and we will not start without telling you.
The lawful basis is your consent, given when you submit the form. You can withdraw it at any time, and we will delete your details.
We keep your details until Powermove launches and we have finished contacting early-access requesters, or until you ask us to delete them — whichever comes first. If the product never launches, we delete the list.
Who else touches it
Two companies process data on our behalf. Both are bound by their own agreements and neither is permitted to use your data for their own purposes:
| Who | What for |
|---|---|
| Resend | Delivers the confirmation email to you and the notification to us, and stores the addresses on our behalf. |
| Vercel | Hosts this website and runs the form. Keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, for a limited period. |
| Upstash | Stores the page counters described above. They hold numbers only — nothing about you reaches them. |
Both are US-based, so if you are in the EEA or the UK your data is transferred to the United States under the standard contractual clauses those providers operate.
Fonts
This site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. That means your browser requests files from Google's servers, and Google receives your IP address as part of that request. We do not ask Google for anything about you and receive nothing back.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. If you are in the EEA or the UK you additionally have the right to restrict or object to how we use it, to receive a copy in a portable format, and to complain to your data protection authority. If you are in California you have the right to know, to delete, to correct, and not to be discriminated against for exercising any of them.
There is exactly one thing you need to do: email us and ask. We will action it within 30 days, and there is no form to fill in and no account to cancel. Replying to any email we have sent you reaches us.
Children
Powermove is a product for companies. This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects what we do with data we already hold, we will email everyone on the list before the change takes effect rather than quietly updating this page.
